The guide on Arrival helps us serve you better and make sure every single passenger at the Delhi Airport has a smooth and convenient experience.

Upon your arrival at the Airport make sure all your documents are kept ready before reaching the Immigration Hall.

Please follow the Signage available near the transfer area

We have 48 Immigration counters & 46 E-visa counter/ Visa Counters at the Arrival Section.

We have 60 Immigration counters & 4 counters at the Domestic to International Transfer.

After clearing immigration, please proceed to the Baggage Reclaim area to confirm your flight baggage delivery. All Departure Passengers, please refer to DGR (Dangerous Good Regulations) articles list displayed at all the Check-in counters/SHA Entry Points at Terminal 03.

After you collect your bags, please proceed to Customs for getting your goods cleared under the Green or Red Channel
