Delhi Airport has always been the pioneer even in the most uncertain times for any business. Rightly so, in 2020, we took upon the onus of inducing passenger positivity during travel whilst supporting our retail concessionaires.
This objective birthed one of the longest run, completely “contactless promotion” reigning the #New normal. For the first time, there were with lucky draw winners every day! With hundreds of gold coins distributed during 66 days of GOLD UTSAV celebrated at DEL.
In this vastly inclusive promotion, the benefit was extended to Lakhs of travelers who shopped at the airport during Dusherra, Diwali and Xmas. All this done by building a dedicated virtual channel of collecting, selecting, rewarding the winners. There were no physical touch points, once again reinforcing DEL’s stance of “passenger safety first”.
