By participating in the Diwali Festive Promotion (the “Promotion”) at Indira Gandhi International Airport (“IGI Airport”) and/or in the Khushiyon Ki Diwali Contest (the “Online Contest”) on DIAL’s social media handle (“Social Media”), organised by Delhi International Airport Limited (“DIAL”) in collaboration with its authorized agencies, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below, and which may be revised from time to time by DIAL, and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions. DIAL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to make yourself aware. All intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, etc. in this website, are owned by DIAL. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part without the permission of DIAL is prohibited.

Eligibility Criteria for Diwali Festive Promotion

1. All customers, who are shopping at the IGI Airport are eligible to participate in the Promotion, to win products or vouchers (collectively referred to as “Gifts”) issued by DIAL’s authorised agencies, during the period 19th October, 2022 to 31st October, 2022.
2. In order to be eligible for participation, you are responsible to provide valid mobile numbers and email ID to DIAL or its authorised agencies, as the case may be, at the time of invoicing while purchasing at the IGI Airport.
3. Participation in this Promotion is applicable on purchase of apparel, accessories, leather, perfumes & cosmetics, sunglasses, toys, jewellery & gifting, packed food, pharmacy. Shopping from all retail outlets (for afore-stated categories) at Terminal-2 and Terminal-3 Domestic -Departures and Arrival, IGI Airport shall be considered.
4. Participation in this Promotion is not applicable on purchase of liquor from IGI Airport.
5. All Aerodrome Entry Pass (AEP) holders are also eligible to participate in the Promotion. However, it is mandatory to provide accurate details with respect to AEP number, mobile number, email ID of the AEP holder, along with other necessary details, if any, to enable participation in the Promotion.

Eligibility Criteria for Khushiyon Ki Diwali Contest – “Selfie Contest” and “Caption & Win Contest”

1. All contestants/participants having an active social media account & following DIAL’s Social Media and successfully completing the tasks, as mentioned hereunder, are eligible to participate in the Contest, to win Gifts issued by DIAL’s authorised agencies, during the period 16th October, 2022 (09:00 AM) to 26th October, 2022 (10:00 PM).
2. In order to be eligible for participation:
   1. Selfie Contest -- if at the IGI Airport, you have to click a selfie with the peacock decors marked as the contest point at the IGI Airport (“Peacock”) and share the same on your social media account using “#KhushiyonKiDiwali” along with tagging @DelhiAirport & minimum 3 of your friends’ social media account; or
   2. Caption & Win Contest -- you have to visit DIAL’s Social Media and post a caption as a comment using “#KhushiyonKiDiwali” on the Peacock post posted by DIAL along with tagging minimum 3 of your friend’s social media account.
3. You are responsible to provide valid mobile number(s) and email ID(s) to DIAL’s official or its authorized agencies, as the case may be, latest by 5th November, 2022, if you are selected as a winner through the lucky draw, failing which the gratification will stand cancelled.

Process

1. The Promotion shall start on 19th October, 2022 at 00:01 hrs, and end on 31st October, 2022 at 23:59 hrs, whereas, the entries for the Online Contest are to be submitted by you starting 16th October, 2022 (9:00 AM) till 26th October, 2022 (10:00 PM).
2. The winners shall be selected through a lucky draw conducted by DIAL, for the Promotion customers and Online Contest participants.
3. In an event the details of the winner are incorrect/ unavailable, an additional draw will be conducted & new winner shall be selected.
4. Winner announcement will be communicated via social media handles & DIAL’s website, at such intervals as deemed fit to DIAL.
5. The winners will be awarded a product or voucher, as per the lucky draw, which will be directly provided by DIAL’s authorised agencies.
6. Vouchers can be redeemed by the winners by following the procedure of the respective authorised agency, within the redemption timeline mentioned on the vouchers.
7. The process for Gifts distribution will be deemed completed when the Gifts are delivered to the winning customer by DIAL or DIAL’s authorised agencies, subjected to fulfilment of other terms and conditions mentioned herewith.
8. The value of Gifts cannot be exchanged with cash.

Your Obligations

1. You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as required for the purpose of distribution of the Gifts.
2. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect or if DIAL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, incomplete, incorrect or misleading, then DIAL has the right to disqualify you from the Promotion and/or the Online Contest.
3. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete e-mail, delivery address, phone number or any other wrong information), then DIAL or DIAL’s authorised agencies shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
4. In the event of non-delivery, delay in delivery, wrong or faulty delivery of Gifts or regarding any other issue, including but not limited to, the warranty of the Gifts, you shall directly contact the respective authorised agency for replacement or for any complaint and shall not contact or hold DIAL liable in any manner whatsoever.
5. DIAL reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time either itself or through its third-party, concerned for the purpose of the Promotion and/or the Online Contest. Further, DIAL also reserves the right to ask for additional information before sending out the Gifts to the winner(s), in certain cases. If your details are incorrect (partially or completely) or requires due to any other reasons, DIAL has the right in its sole discretion to disqualify you from the Promotion and/or the Online Contest without prior intimation whatsoever.
6. You confirm that the email-address at which the voucher shall be sent, is correct, proper and complete in all aspects.
7. If there is any delay in the delivery of the Gifts caused due to any reason beyond our control i.e., natural calamity, public holidays or any other unforeseen circumstance, then you shall not hold DIAL or DIAL’s authorised agencies liable for such delay in the delivery.

Review/ Feedback

1. For all queries related to redemption of the Gifts, winner may contact respective authorised agencies’ customer care number, which can be found on their respective official websites.
2. For any misuse/fraud scenario, DIAL’s authorised agency would require the FIR copy along with the Reference No. for their legal team to investigate and provide a solution, if required.

Liability

1. In no event shall, DIAL or the concessionaire(s) of the participating outlet be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, direct or otherwise, including any consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or incidental damages of any kind (including, but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or savings), or any cost or expense, whether based in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the Promotion and/or the Online Contest.
2. DIAL reserves the right to withdraw/ suspend/ amend/ extend/ cancel/ discontinue or alter at any time the terms of the Promotion and/or the Online Contest, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
3. Only the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to in relation to any dispute arising from the Promotion and/or the Online Contest or any other aspects in relation thereto.
