Happy Passengers

When I realized I had lost my glasses, I was quite worried. But, DIAL’s lost and found property department ensured that I did not have a hard time looking for my belongings. They took care of everything very nicely. I was not even required to take a special trip to the airport to get my glasses back.

When travelling via air, I always carry a book to spend my time wisely. This time the one I was carrying was a hand-down copy given by my grandma. It was very dear to me, but unfortunately, I lost it somewhere at the airport. So, I contacted the lost and found department at the Delhi airport. They were very helpful. The airport authority took care of my concern and returned the book to me. The whole process was so simple and precise.

Everything was taken care of very nicely. Wish I knew soon as I lost my glasses, how easy it would be to go on lone to report it. I thought I needed a special trip to the airport lost and found desk. This is so simple and precise.
